Meenakshi Aggarwal is a certified and an accomplished Yoga Instructor with a mission to inspire and empower individuals to achieve holistic well-being through the transformative power of yoga. With over five years of experience, she has trained a diverse group of students, including homemakers, professionals, and students, tailoring her teachings to meet their unique needs and aspirations. Her commitment to fostering physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual growth has made her a trusted name in the field of yoga.

A Journey Rooted in Passion and Expertise

Meenakshi’s journey into yoga began as a personal quest for balance and wellness. Over time, it evolved into a profound passion to share this ancient practice with others. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Kurukshetra University and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the National Institute of Management. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, further enriching her understanding and expertise.

Her professional certifications reflect her dedication to excellence in yoga instruction. She has completed 200, 500, and 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training courses from The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, widely regarded as one of the foremost centers for yoga education. Additionally, she holds a Yoga Teacher and Evaluator certification from the Yoga Certification Board (YCB).
